Amersham local, Rosie, was born and brought up in Amersham and loved to explore her creativity and decorate pretty looking cakes.

Rosie from Cake Masters appeared on an Episode of "Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard" on Channel 4.
She has a professional masters diploma certificate in cake decorating from PME and started cake decorating classes in Amersham last year.
Classes are held in Amersham Common Village Hall on White Lion Road and cost 70 pounds.
Rosie explains that, 'most people come with no experience at all of cake decorating and go home with fabulous creations.'
'We start the class by making modelling paste and colouring it with special gel colours. The class starts with learning how to make a large rose and then onto mini roses. We then learn how to use cutters, moulds and texture mats. We also learn about how to stencil with lustre dusts and buttercream. The last part of the lesson is learning how to pip perfect swirls of buttercream.'
This year Rosie appeared on an Episode of "Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard" on Channel 4. You can find out more information on Rosie's Facebook page where fans vote for the best design every month and there is also a "Cupcake of the Class Award".
