Pinewood Studios Director, Andrew Smith, thanks Amersham & Wycombe College for work-based learning support in CBI speech

At a recent speech at the CBI (Confederation of British Industries), the Group Director for Corporate Affairs at Pinewood Studios, Andrew Smith, cited the excellent cooperation with Amersham & Wycombe College on work-based learning.

In his speech, Andrew Smith spelled  out Pinewood Studio's commitment to increasing local skills and their innovative plans for creating new training opportunities to meet their need for skilled studio managers and other creative industries workers. 

In his speech, Andrew called Amersham & Wycombe College an "extension of the HR department" who can be called and will "get things sorted" with regard to work based training.

"I know Pinewood values the work based training we offer and am really happy to hear our support described in such glowing terms.
