On Friday 5th August, a 41 year old man was found dead in a flat in Amersham.

A 41 year old man identified as Ryan Cronin was found dead in a flat on Quarrendon Road, Amersham on Friday 5th August.
Following a post-morten examination on Saturday 6th August by Stoke Mandeville Hospital, the man was formally identified as Ryan Cronin.
The death at Quarrendon Road is being treated as a murder after an examination by a Home Office pathologist found the victim died from stab wounds.
An investigation has been launched and is being run by Det Supt Rob Mason, who said: "The investigation is at a very early stage and we are now focussing on establishing the circumstances surrounding the man's death."

UPDATE: A 32 year old man was arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of Ryan Cronin. However, he was released today without charge.
