Wild Training, a comprehensive and innovative group exercise plan, launched in Amersham in May 2011 at Hervines Park.
-
Wild Training in Amersham includes 3 sessions per week, using innovative equipment, and includes a personalised eating plan, grocery list and recipes to get you fit and healthy!
Founded in High Wycombe in 2011 by personal trainer, James Griffiths, Wild Training is a flexible exercise plan which allows clients to pay monthly and visit any 3 sessions per week, which they can book at the start of the week, making it easy to fit exercise into any schedule.
Paid every 4 weeks via direct debit, clients can sign up to 1 month for £60, 3 month for £50 per month or 12 months for £40 per month. There are franchises in Amersham, High Wycombe and East Finchley thus far, and James is in the process of setting up more franchises across the country as he finds trainers that are good enough to run them.
Founder James Griffiths explained, "Wild Training was an idea inspired by my personal training clients and started in High Wycombe in 2010. The system was developed to allow people to exercise more often, using innovative equipment and the most effective training systems that I have tried and tested to achieve the best results. It's low cost because we are training in small groups of up to 10 but we still work through progressive phases of training so that everyone that comes regularly keeps getting fitter and they don't get bored of doing the same thing over and over."
If you're someone who needs some motivation in order to exercise, or stick to your diet plan, Wild Training does just that. "We want you to get to training as often as possible to we make it easy for you to do this. Being in a small group is a big bonus for motivation so a lot of people prefer it to 1-1 training, plus being outdoors getting fit is a lot nicer than being inside a gym."
Included in the plan includes a food plan which is a comprehensive nutrition plan that has had every detail thought out. "I wanted my clients to have the best food plan possible but the key was making it easy to follow. There are weekly menu plans and shopping lists as well as loads of recipes so all the work is done for you. All you need to do to get great results and improve your health is follow it. We offer a personalised nutritional analysis to everyone that does Wild Training so there is still a personal touch to the sessions. I'm proud to say that there is nowhere in the country that you can train with the types of equipment we use, in the structured systems that we have created, with the level of service we provide, for the price we offer. If you haven't come to Wild Training yet, what are you waiting for."
