I'm so glad that the Cape is in Little Chalfont! I'm South African and either have to go to South London or Redhill down in Surrey to get South African goodies and although the Cape don't have a big selection, I can top up on yummy biltong, cream soda and boerewors for a braai! I just wish they had more like Jumpin Jack popcorn, Niknaks - they used to have these but don't seem to anymore :( and fizzpops, tempo, Simba chips etc! Come on - where are all the local saffa's, we need to support the Cape and ask for more saffa goodies!

Cape is named after the home of the South African owner, I believe, and although it's listed as a cafe here, it does in fact truly flourish as the sun goes down and it transforms into a lovely restaurant serving well cooked food at good prices. The quid is particularly good, although I have yet to find anything that isn't nice here. It's child friendly too and the service is always good.
