The polling booths are open and the ballot boxes are being filled (hopefully!) - yes, four candidates are hoping to be your next town councillor in today's by-election.

Residents are being urged to turn out for todays Amersham by-election
The polling station for the Amersham Town Council by-election is the Royal British Legion Hall, 58 Whielden Street, Amersham.
The following candidates are standing for the Amersham Town Ward: Andrew Fleming (Conservative), Vera Head (Liberal Democrat), Michael Hurley (UKIP) and Stuart Kelly (Labour).
Each have been canvassing for your vote the last few weeks and hope that their manifesto will be the one you choose.
If you care about what happens in Amersham, go and vote today.
The by-election poll will be open between 7am and 10pm.
