    Parents checking to see if their child's school is open this morning were greeted by an 'error' message as the Bucks County Council website crashed. @HannahhHope said via twitter: "Love how on the one day we need it the Bucks closures website and school website decide not to work." The council are working on the problem and advise that parents call their school to find out if it is open.
