Amersham Citizen of the Year Awards 2011

Nominations are being sought for the Amersham Citizen of the Year Awards 2011.

Vote for Amersham's best citizens
This is the third year in which Amersham Town Council has run the awards and it is an opportunity to recognise outstanding achievements during the year and contribution to the community over a number of years.
The deadline for receipt of nominations is Monday 11 April 2011.
The presentation ceremony will be held on Sunday 1 May 2011 at 3pm in Memorial Gardens, Old Amersham, following a band concert.
The categories are as follows:
CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
SENIOR CITIZEN (for over 60 years)
JUNIOR CITIZEN (for under 26 years)
SPORTSPERSON OF THE YEAR
BUSINESS AWARD
A nomination form may be downloaded here or alternatively may be collected in person from our office at Deacon House, St Mary's Court, The Broadway, Old Amersham, Bucks HP7 0UT, office hour 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
