I heard that Iceland on Amersham high street was rumoured to be closing, only to be replaced by a small Sainsbury's...anyone know if this is true or heard something about this?

Not sure we need another supermarket right next to Waitrose and M&S...??

from what i have heard, the plot is actually owned by Sainsbury's, but they will not be moving there.... how ever, there is a rumour at the moment that Cargo, the Opticians and Iceland will become one whole shop... but no word on what it will be....

Oh I like Cargo, that's a shame. Hopefully it wont be one huge supermarket, esp with M&S and Tesco. A huge high street clothing store would be nice...
