people are being given parking tickets for using the the little layby by the jaguar gararge in old amersham, no signs to warn the dog walkers who park there regularly! shame on the council

Yeah that's unfair - they are already so strict in Amersham. I've had at least 5 fines from parking in the gym parking lot on a Saturday morning - I normally go during the week but every now and then go on a Saturday morning and completely ad geniunely forget that it's a pay and display because you'd expect at £42 a month for a gym contract you wouldn't have to pay for parking too!!
