It's taken ages and no doubt plenty of torn tyres for the Amersham council to decide to fix the awful condition of the busy roundabout under Black Horse Bridge where the three busiest Amersham roads meet - Woodside Lane, Stanley Hill and White Lion Road. Roadworks have now begun, starting in the early evenings, causing up to 25 minute waiting periods for commuters. Frustrated? Annoyed? Happy to see something's finally being done?
